For more than a decade, I’ve helped businesses share their products and services by creating customer-centric content strategies and processes that allow teams to do their best work. I've also improved content creators' skills through workshops, coaching, and personalized feedback that empowers them to take ownership over their writing.

Content Strategy
I advise on strategic content use for maximum impact throughout the buyer’s journey. I also help define personas, content pillars, and brand and product messaging frameworks.
Content Planning
I gather insights from customers and market trends, map content against personas, conduct regular audits to identify gaps, and prioritize topics for content development. I also implement SEO/AEO/GEO best practices to best practices to boost organic reach and engagement.
Copywriting & Content Writing
I write messaging and content that balances company goals with the needs of the target audience. I've worked on copy for websites, emails, print collateral, and social channels as well as blog posts, books, education, and more. I leverage AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Jasper, to scale content production.
Project Management
I facilitate content development from ideation to delivery, working closely with contributors to ensure timely delivery. Tools I’ve used for content calendars and workflows: Smartsheet, Asana, Workfront, Airtable, Trello, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
Process Standardization
I create guidelines, creative briefs, templates, and process documentation to ensure that all content developed across the organization is strategically necessary.
Quality Control
I copyedit content for grammar, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards, providing high-level feedback to writers when needed.
Team Mentorship
I train internal teams, freelancers, and vendors on content requirements and brand alignment to ensure consistent narratives across company assets.
