Product Launch: Drift Conversational AI

I drove the content development for Drift’s new AI product rollout, including writing the product web page, social copy, and customer and prospect emails. I collaborated closely with the Product Marketing Manager to craft clear, differentiated messaging and with the Visual Designer to ensure a cohesive web experience. To support sales-led outreach, I also wrote an ABM email for key target accounts. Recognizing an opportunity to capture earlier-stage interest, I partnered with an SEO Specialist to integrate FAQs based on high-traffic search terms around artificial intelligence.
